Thank you Scott, I was really blessed yesterday for sure. I guess when the tide is out the Heron gather here. At one time I had 10 of these guys in front of me and I was as close a 30' maybe to some of them.
Originally posted by imtheguy You have some really extraordinary shots. I am most impressed with #3 having spent a lot of pixels shooting the Great Blue water turkey myself. All are impressive. The seagull with the 2 lb. clam needs a tagline! Oh yes, the Crow in the algae is remarkably interesting. I never got that nice an exposure on a crow.
Thank you Lee for the wonderful critique. This was my first real chance to get these guys in flight. I was having a blast! Beside all the fumbling around I did I
am happy with a few of them. I was suprised when I seen the crow shot. I have tried to shot these guy a number of time to no avail. I think the refection for the seaweed helped.

Here is a couple more. Don't want to bore you too much.
A lot of these are pretty heavy crops. One of these days I will have me some big glass I hope. I need to get me another good TC also. I should have kept my Tamron 1.4X
