Oh Iowaboy knows a cow when he sees one. Good color unusual subject. I don't know for sure if this was meant to be portrait or a landscape with a feature in the center (maybe too musch in the center.) Crop it some way that eliminates the wires and lighten up the main subjects face and it would be more eye catching I think.

I quite like it. Despite the subject being in the centre (not really as he is slightly off-centre) I think the image works. The cow's body is turned to the left and his head to the centre or right, which, coupled with the wonderful light and clouds, makes the image work. The cow's look is bemused and I am amused. The wires are unavoidable.

Is that a chain leash or some "urban" jewelry that all the young calfs are wearing these days? We older cattle just don't understand today's adolescents.

I like the colors and ice cream.

Absolutely great colors ! I would clone the power/phone lines out, however, and a more off-centre composition would have given even more visual impact, IMHO.

Great shot. Nice colors/saturations and a very sharp image over all.

Love this photo... too bad about the powerlines, but what a great shot otherwise. Personally, I might even make the cow more centered, but I'm weird like that .

I think it's a great shot . . . . just don't go milking it for all it's worth.
