The daily grind
Posted By: xs400, 07-08-2009, 08:42 PM

I've been looking at some pics from a year or two back and trying some different post processing. This is the rush hour traffic in inside the city walls of Xian, China.

I think that is a great shot and the centered composition works well. Looks like quite the interesting place to visit someday and with a KFC to boot, lol.

I like the processing Frank, that's a great shot.
The only thing would say is the red bus keeps drawing my eye away, preventing me from taking it all in as well as I would like.

Love the shot - the yellow hue is well suited.
Thanks for sharing.

Gary,
Thanks for your comments. You are right about that bus. I didn't notice that when I was doing the post processing of the shot. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll have to see if i can change the color of the bus. Maybe that bus should be green!

Thanks for the comments, it's greatly appreciated. I am trying to be more creative in my post processing techniques. In this case I tried to take a rather mundane shot and improve it's interest by changing the colors to a more surrealistic look.
