Great shots, I have lived around Mt Rainier for may years and have not managed to make it up there yet. It's on my bucket list

Thanks for reminding me.

Thank you John, it is a beautiful area and a large one at that. I have really only been down around the south side Paridise area but there is so much more. I need to make it up to Spray park before all the flowers go.

Thank you Jimbo also, you will love it there.

I had one more I wanted to post also. Almost forgot it.

Excellent landscape and nature shots. Surprised at the amount of snow still on the peaks. Well done.

These look remarkably good to me. The last one in the first series, reflecting the mountain, really knocks me out, but I think they're all first rate.

I am glad you enjoyed them Dave. This is a shot of an over 14000 foot volcano and those are glaciers. If those go we are all in trouble. But we did have a good snow season here also.

Thank you for the kind comments. This is the first time I tried shots like these but I hope to be back again soon. I was lucky with the calm water and to have some cloulds to add to the effect.

Cheers back at you Neil and thank you. I am glad you enjoyed them

I want to add also a story behind the grouse photo who wasn't bashful at all. I got as close as a several feet and herded it around to get the flowers in the shot.

All are superb shots but the last one does it for me. I've always wanted to go out there and I love mountains. One day!

Superb shots of my favorite mountain... Nice that you caught her on a clear day to see the summit clouds like this. You should be framing that last one in the first set, too. Seriously!
