superlative is not adjective enough....
what lens(es) were used.... i probably can't afford them..

They're all fantastic! #3 looks like an award winner to me... I'm not as curious about the lens and how'd you get that fantastic light! Great work. (oh, and I want your lens too

Hey, Walter, good to see you posting here still! Those are just gorgeous, as usual, I love the horizon visible reflected in the owl's eyes. Do you still have your Pentax gear, and if so, do you use it much? Seems like whenever I've run across your posts of late, it's been the Canon... Not that it matters, you take lovely nature photos with either camera. I admire your dedication.

When you take pictures like that, you know what you do

I love them all, hard to pick a favourite. The third is probably a bit better than the rest

I look forward to maybe some day in a couple of hundred years when I got the skills to capture pics like this...
