moving water, moss, and one of those hidden surprises (3 pics)
Posted By: khardur, 05-06-2007, 09:07 PM

I found this spot in March, but the snow was that spring/melting/really ugly kind - so didn't really get many pictures of value, except for my scouting file..

yesterday I was able to return:
40mm limited

This is one of those ones where you're focusing and say "hey - cool!" - I was just wanting to capture some spring buds in action, and then as I was focusing saw the spider "escape lines". 18-55mm

Love these water flow photos. The first one delivers the silky smooth stream that is also well timed and framed.

Thanks for the kind words... yeah #1 is my favorite too... I'm a little obsessed lately with capturing moving water. I got a few other ideas while I was out that I have to experiment with later this week.

If anyone is still checking these out, can you see the exif data from them? I've used the same method of resizing/saving as always but a couple I've submitted to the Pentax Photo Gallery keep being auto-rejected because it claims the exif data is missing, even though it's there when I view on my computer.

Out standing in all respects Dan. You did a fantastic job on all three. Number one is a favorite for me also.

Only some exif is there. Your name is - actually that's about all!

interesting... Thanks Arpe.

I downloaded 5.02 patch of PS Elements (after I posted these) and now I get more exif info, and in PSE it shows all the info, but for some reason when sending them to the Pentax site they're still rejected. This is irritating, and I need to investigate further.
