Hmmmm, i hope he's casting for a scrappy smallmouth bass. If the rain holds off, I'll be doing that next week, vacation time !!! woo hoooo !! Here's a scan from a few years back of my biggest so far, caught on the Meramec river near St James Missouri !! And of course, this regal fish was released unharmed :-)

You **@@#$. I can not get away for another 3 weeks and you put up a photo like that. Apart from that it is a great shot. I can feel the stillness, hear the rising of the trout and smell the.... Okey I give up. I may be able to on Sunday even if it is mothers day.

Cheers

Eddie

Sorry mingdie, I'll be going out on Friday, and Sunday. If you care your more than welcome to join me although it might be an expensive fishing trip

Sorry Stratman, it's a trout only lake. I believe only Rainbows.

And thanks daacon. It's my best casting pic yet.
I wish that I could have been out there, but had to take care of some business instead today.

Nice shot Stu, I love how you caught that back cast, excellent timing. I just had to turn down an opportunity to go fly fishing for "school stripers" down on Chesapeake Bay :cries: Oh well in a few months the snapper blues will be running, Great fun on a fly rod.

I'm not much of a fisherman, but here is a rare picture of me. Rare because (1)I'm usually behind the camera and (2)Rare that I'm holding a fishing poll

Taken with my Canon A510
