Took these in my garden after work today.

If you don't mind me asking what lens were you using?

Stu, thanks for your comment. For the above shots, I used the 18-55mm kit lens. Currently that is the only lens I have for the K100D. But just today, I ordered a Pentax 50-200mm.

I hardly ever touch the kit lens these days, but it never seizes to amaze me

I love it, but my Sigma's are a little more suited to my present style.

The kit lens is very under-rated IMO. Even though I don't use it as my daily driver I do use it as my 'macro' lens. I have a set of magnifying filters for it and it works good for me, I got a POTD using it.
