Thank you, Ole. Trying to experiment with different styles of photos. Going through phases with playing colour here

A very nice selection of photographs, James. Bold colours and motifs galore. My favourite though is the 4th in the second set... H.R. Giger on a stone tablet?

Interesting series, James. I love the high relief effect on the fossil speciman - very cool. Made me stop and go back a couple of times.

It was actually captured in museum. The effect turned out quite well after I changed DFA 100 macro to Fa 77 ltd. The 3D effect is more pronounced.

Thanks for dropping by and commenting

Trying to experiment different styles of shooting and I was trying to get different colours.

Ironiclly, the stone specimen is really monotonous and it is more about texture and lighting effects in the end ...

Thanks for commenting and encouragement

Thanks, Duh. Not as abstract as your style I think. Will try out some more in this coming week. It is hard to paint mood with light in these photos

kjask, thanks again. Still thinking of visiting Europe again but still struggling to save enough money for the trip before my annual leave is coming up.

p.s. Is it true that Europe is suffering from scorching heat at present?
