Out at an autocross event this weekend (weekend-warrior type automotive racing) got a good look at an acquaintance's new 2010 Chevy Camaro SS. I do want.

I do declare this lens to be a "Good Copy"

Thanks Ash! Everybody's cars are usually parked close together in "the pits" so its hard to get glamor shots of them.

I'm super happy with this lens and its performance. Now I just need to give my car a wash and take it somewhere scenic

that a Subaru to the right (the camaros left) in the last photo? Ive yet to see a new camaro in the flesh. thanks for sharing the photos.

Excellent eye! Yes it's an 06/07 STI. Also not my car, sadly.

The camaro is a very impressive car in person, big, mean looking, mean sounding.

Its my favourite zoom and is on one of my cameras all the time.

I reckon we should start a DA* 16-50 club thread to show off this great lens... it gets a lot of bad reports and it would do the lens good to have it shown off
