B&W conversion: Water Tower

I have fond memories of my late grandfather telling us the story of the time he had to go up this tower when he was supervising the building of the hospital nearby, in the early 70's. Going up was not that hard. Looking down and coming down was scary
Kinda sad to see graffitti reaching "new heights"
