A Storefront View
Posted By: paulyrichard, 08-23-2009, 03:01 AM

I've passed this storefront many many times in the eastend of London, and have always had my eye on it for a picture. Today (21/08/09), the graffiti art had changed to this, and I feel it works well with all the other elements in the scene.

This photograph brought to my mind one of George Bernard Shaw's quotes: "Home life is no more natural to us than a cage is natural to a bird".

Within Confines

Thanks very much, guys.

Thanks for that comment Kerrow, that means a lot.
Do you like Lee Friedlander's work? I absolutely love his work, he is a big influence to me as well as Garry Winogrand and Robert Frank amongst others.

I cannot talk about Friedlander's work enough.

Regards.
