Had a little visitor today and happily it landed on something of color.

Striking detail and colour in these images. The texture of the fly and flower come out beautifully.

Nice pictures...nasty bug...

I hate crane flies! The flies are not so bad, but the larva have totally ruined my lawn this year. Both my front and back yards look like someone dribbled Round Up all around.

Nice shots. I think you did well to fill the frame with the flowers, especially the last image, which I like best.
