Managed to Capture a little battle in the back yard - hope you enjoy.

Enemy Scout arrives ......battle cry begins ..



Dominance of position and numbers being established



Counter attack attempted .....



Position maintained - to the victor belong the spoils ....

Thanks buddy indeed they are small little creatures but playing the role for sure.

Thanks nightscot - they are very small indeed. I had the cable remote on a tripod with the Bigma about 3 feet from the feeder. It was set up to take 5 shots in a row then a 10 second pause repeat this 20 times for a total of 100 shots.

Dave,

I've been seeing this alot lately around the feeders. I'm just not motivated enough to capture it. I also have a tiny little hummingbird that has been running off all the other hummingbirds that come to my fire bush....LOL. Great series.

Dave,

Nice work capturing this series, maybe there feeling the energy vibe of lack when it comes to food and somebody wasn't into sharing it..lol

Ha Ha Thanks Ray - well my motivation was to test out my new Cable Remote taking 100 shots at a time haha I am over that now It would be cool to see that high speed fight though

Yeah he sure wanted his position and the funny thing was he was not even eating .. just playing bully of the feeder

Very nice series Dave, glad that you had the patience. It's a very familiar scenario around here as well just haven't been motivated to capture it.
