Lake Superior from last June.....

...... I finally got some more processing done but there are soooo many more to do. Anyway here are some of them, if anyone is interested this series is here: Katherine Cove Photo Gallery by Heinrich Lohmann at pbase.com

They are lovely. The tonal range is soothing.

Perfect, Heinrich - really. Outstanding lakeshore shots. Makes me remember my (mostly cold) days in Michigan.

Beautiful series, Heinrich!

I'm aiming to spend a few days on Lake Superior at the end of September for the first time in 20+ years. Your photos are really making me itch to be on my way!

Beautiful shots Heinrich, I especially like that first one where the cloud formations resemble the shapes in the sand and shore.
