Just had to post this here...

I rarely gush over my own photos, but there's something about this one that keeps drawing me back to it. I don't know what it is, but I feel this is one of the best photos I've ever taken.

I agree with you. I think the way they kissed themselves express a deep love. You shot in the right moment. Congratulations!

I love it. I just wish that your shadow wasn't on them. Was someone else taking a photo behind you with a flash at the same time?

I agree. It's truely a stunning image minus your shadow.

Perhaps a modern spin off this photo? I think this is why I like it. It's new and fresh, yet the same style.

It's well captured, no doubt about it - emotive and draws the viewer into have a second look.
A special, quintessential candid shot IMO.
Only issue to me is the unfortunate shadow you formed over the bottom half of their bodies because of the strong lighting behind you.
Otherwise, a definite keeper.

Thanks...

The unfortunate shadow is from my own lighting. I was crosslighting the dance floor with flashes on lightstands. I haven't gone through the trouble of dodging the shadow out, but I may try to play with it when I find some time.
