Well, it's the total package, Eric, that makes this an absolute stunner!
Dress - gorgeous
Makeup and skin glazing - tops.
Pose - tops.
Lighting - very flattering, lots of texture to her skin.
PP work - excellent, would be fine colour, B&W or other monochrome tint.
Model - beautiful.
Photographer - maestro.

Can't get a better formula than that!
