Very candid and momentous.
One for the records despite the distracting sky.

I agree with DCMSOX2004 - the sky needs a little work. I love it and would print for sure.

Indeed the moment is priceless - a little PP on the sky is all that is needed.

and clone out branches on the left and a touch of fill on the primary subjects could work as well

Sorry I disagree with all of you. This is great just the way it is. It's a perfect moment captured and I like the bright sky. It makes the shot and gives it a dream like quality that captures the pleasure and joy of youth.

Love this!!

Edit. I would note though, that I wish the dog wasn't chained... but that's just me.

im with Peter. the sky is great. some of you guys need to work outside of the 'rules' once in a while. like with Peter, I don't like the chain. it draws the eye, and takes away from the photo a great deal. also I don't like to see chained dogs.

Thank You guys.
I understand that quality isn't at high level here. When I was shooting I saw it :-) But not quality makes photography interesting... :-)

Exactly. if every photo was a perfect studio image. This hobby would be really boring. Doing something different is more valuable than doing the same thing everyone else does. It expands the art form. That's why this works so well for me.

Add my voice agreeing that the photo is outstanding. The sky works perfectly in this case. My only suggestion would be to clone out the chain. Its the only part of the photo that I don't like.

Personally I think he should leave it as is. It works.
