First Hummingbird shots...

First attempt at hummingbirds. This was 1 of 2 that were fighting over the feeder.

Thanks Jim. Sigma 100-300 F4 handheld. They were so busy trying to keep each other from the feeder, I was about 10 feet away.

Well, second attempt. Tried to sit with the tripod a week or so back and they would have nothing of me. I've been watering new plants on our back porch for the last week so maybe they have gotten use to me. I'll test that theory tomorrow!! Wish me luck.

Greg your capture of natures miniature masterpieces is absolutely exquisite! I find it hard to believe it's your first attempt...looks professional to me
