I was heading out to a nearby park yesterday, camera gear in hand, to get some shots with a lens that I was selling to provide some sample images for a prospective buyer. My wife requested I photograph the red begonia in one of her many, many potted planters.

Done, and while I was seeing red, I shot some images of the Azur Maple close by. The leaves have not yet turned red, but the seed pods have.

Actually, that is as shot. Not even the clarity or vibrance sliders touched and certainly not the saturation. If you look at the original flower, it is that saturated a red ...which is why my wife likes her begonias.

Looks like a red Begonia should look on my moniter. Excellant color rendation on all 3 shots.
