Dreamy Long Exposure
Posted By: sealisthenewbeaver, 09-14-2009, 02:26 PM

I've been lately testing all kinds of stuff I don't usually do. This time it was testing long exposures and the pics turned out quite ok. Next time I'll take another lens though as I'm not quite convinced with the Sigma 18-50.

Also not sure why I made the b&w conversion, but I guess the pics would look just ordinary sunset shots when in colour. Have to try some pp-tricks some other day.

I am with the consensus here. That last shot is very good -- evocative.

Knock me out with a (dreamy) feather!

Geez-o-petes.....

I'm normally don't get overly excited about other folks' photos (ENOUGH with the photos of your damn cat and toddler!) :-) ........

....but your B&W photos have knocked me out. They have a LUMINOUS quality to them that I strive for but can never seem to nail.

Well done....I love your photos.

Terry
