a waterfall and an experiment

So I was playing around with this waterfall, (see left) later on right before any good light ran out I started playing around with longer exposures (6+ seconds) and zooming at the end. I've seen this technique done mostly with city skylines at night - what do you think of it here?

Long exposures always seems to work wonders with water. I like the way that both your pic's turned out.

Very nice I can almost see some sort of mythical being emerging from the light rays in the seconds one

Nice images. I do a lot of waterfall imaging (that's about all there is to do around here

) and have never tried the zooming technique (probably because I don't use zooms for it

). The effect is quite interesting. Almost like the Second Coming.
