Street shooting with the DA15 (Updated with new photos)
Posted By: xhanatos, 09-20-2009, 07:04 PM

I think I finally found the perfect setup for street shooting. I was initially thinking of getting the DA21 but I wasn't really happy with the focal length. The DA14 would have been perfect in terms of focal length and max apperture but the size and weight just put me off. I had to compromise with the DA 15. There were times when I wished it was faster than F4 but I just had to be creative.

Thanks for looking!

~~~~~~~~~~~EDIT: the new photos are added on top~~~~~~~~~~~
Thank you
Any title suggestions for the last photo??
I will be adding more photos as soon as I get home. I'll also resize all photos to 800px. 1024 is too large and annoying.
Thanks for the comments
#7 is far from original, I'm positive I've seen a similar B&W shot. Maybe I'll just leave it as 'untitled' for now.
More shots with the DA15
I really like this collection you've got here. It reminds me of the "classic" street photos. It's in a league beyond what most users post here and label "street". Very good job, good eye, and KUDOS.
Good Melbourne street shots mate.
I like the Nixon look-a-like shots. Although, I think Nixon would have been drinking Gin from a beaker.
