I like it, but you might want to clone out those spots from dirt on the sensor.

hey,
I like it too, but I think it could be improved greatly if the shot was closer and you could see the birds head, and if possible, the eyes.

I like the colours, and it seems to be exposed quite well.

I agree exposure is off - looks like you may have been shooting into the Sun (and that is very difficult) pluse some spots. What you did capture is sharp though.

Good attempt.
Aside from the dust spots, the subject (gull) is small, central and not in the most interesting of poses.
But all that really matters is that YOU like it.
