I was just practicing portrait shots with the grand children this weekend (what a challenge), and I couldn't pass up posting these. My granddaughter is very photogenic and she makes up for my lack of experience in portrait picture taking. My grandsons, on the other hand, like to ham it up for the camera and make all sorts of faces, which is why I didn't post them.

very photogenic indeed, the last shot is really great, great expression and works well in the sepia tone.

Wonderful images. My (nearly) 5-year-old granddaughter will not cooperate at all for this sort of thing - you're lucky.

I vote also for the sepia. I think the color shots had a touch too much red in them.

excellent....my fave are 3 & 5 like the sepia on the last and the sun giving highlights on her hair.....keep on shooting here i think your granddaughtter is a natural
