Shot @ F4 and PP in CS4.

Let me know what you all think. I didn't like this lense at first but it seems to have grown on me.

#1 seems decently sharp with nice colours - contrast may be a little lacking, particularly in #2.
It may not be the best fifty in the world, but it'll give you good value.

The 2nd one was the first attempt, the first was the second but I did more PP on it.

I agree definately lacking contract but seems to do the job.

I find the default RAW settings straight out of the K7 tend to be a tad soft, one of the first things I do in CS4 is bump up the clarity and sharpness in most photos.
