Weren't you the guy who just a few days ago said he couldn't light up a macro shot? Now you post a beautiful even lighting and color. That is one very nice spider part. Well worth your effort I would say. Post more if you can, maybe a whole body shot.

Thanks for the encouragements! Mostly luck, but a long discussion yesterday on the beginner's forum on how to light up a scene led me to light this one up by holding my left palm out over the barrel of my lens to shield some of the on board flash.
It was a little underexposed straight from the shot, but my lack of knowledge in just about every aspect of photography is balanced out a little bit by hours of fiddling with photoshop in the past

The rest came out blurry unfortunately It was hard shooting macro with only one hand holding the camera.

Ok, I could try that shot with a 500mm and 1.4 converter...maybe...good job man but gosh I hate spiders yet I love seeing them on videos and pictures...weird.
