Very nice lighting and detail on the underside of the grasshopper. What lens and lighting did you use pray tell? The Volna Macro and 540 flash would be the obvious guess.

Great grasshopper and the duck is good as well.

Lee, thank you for your comments. I actuallu used the Pentax-F 135/2.8 with a ~25mm ext. tube (A K-A TC with the lens elements removed), and the built in flash.

Both well captured.
Good timing on the duck capture and good detail on the grasshopper.

I like both them. The light and the movement in the first one are fantastic

I was thinking of the same thing...he did that for a few seconds and then for the remaining 45 min. nothing happened....
