Got my genuine Pentax adapter today so I was able to play a bit with my new Tak's. Too bad it's so crappy out. These were shot wide open. Nothing special, just really impressed with the sharpness of this particular lens and how smooth it is to focus. The 2nd and 3rd images are 1:1 crops in Lightroom. I can't wait to take the 28/3.5 and the 55/1.8 for some Fall images. Here is what I am doing so please tell me if it's wrong.

1. Screw the lens on (Duh!)
2. Move the switch on the lens so that Manual is showing.
3. Turn on the camera and put in the correct focal length for SR.
4. Focus, wait for the beep and then move the aperture ring on the lens to the correct aperture and take the picture.
5. What's up with pressing the little green button by the shutter release button?
