Bigger than Bugs this time...
Posted By: flippedgazelle, 10-04-2009, 10:10 AM

Bug macros last time, so now, why not something a little larger?

As always, C&C and suggestions for improvement welcome and needed!

nice doggy

gbh

deer @ the park

nothing special, just the lovely M 50/1.7

again nothing special, RMC Tokina 28mm, you can see how Lk. Musconetcong is being clogged w/vegetation - a big problem for the local ecology

Great shots! Makes me want to go spend the day in a park. I like the trail of water leading off of the dogs tail in the 2nd pic. You can see that it is wagging his/her tail in that one. Again, excellent shots.

Thank you for the kind words. Here in Joisy it would be a great day to go to the park - 74 deg, mostly sunny with a light breeze. Unfortunately, I gotta work & do housework!

I guess in Galveston it's a bit warner.

Well done with them all.
Focus spot on and well exposed.

Thank you Ash & Heinrich, I appreciate your kind comments!

The 1st deer shot actually has a little motion blur around the head, but it's virtually unnoticeable resized to 800 px. It's nice to be able to shoot 1/125s handheld at 300mm, thanks to SR!
