People Lovely Eyes

Had a go at portraits on Friday and took about 250 shots,my mate is really pleased with how they came out (him,his wife and 2 kids),heres one of his girl's eyes.

Good work, timk. I assume you converted to B&W and masked the eyes? Anything else to get that great tone?

Brian,thanks yes I converted to B&W and increased the exposure to get what I wanted,masked the eyes and followed this tutorial I found.
