Very nice photos !! Looks like that lens is a nice performer. Very sharp images.

I like the "Female Redwinged Black Bird" the most.
I'm after 400mm 5.6 prime my self and I'm interested how this lens performs.

Matjazz: Performance of the lens is really good so far. It does have some CA/purple fringing in high contrast areas but right now that's the only drawback I can find.

It is incredibly light and easy to use, the red-winged blackbird photos where taken near dusk and I used one of those hiking poles that doubles as a monopod (not the stiffest thing in the world).
