From shanghai museum

i am new here and this is the first time i post my photo here . the lens i use is phoenix 50mm f1.7,it is an old chinese manual focus lens. btw im from shanghai china,has anyone ever been there?

welcome to the forums. Some nice images here. I like how you've isolated the subjects in what appears to be rather dim light. Nicely done and I look forward to more from your area.

Great way to start.
You've done well with the old manual focus lens.
Sharp and well rendered - perhaps a little on the dark side (excuse the pun) but still appreciably appealing.

we cannt use tripod or flash lamp there ,so i set iso to 400, but the light there is nice for photography.

Welcome to the forums.

I spent 2008 studying at Zheda in Hangzhou, and went up to Shanghai a few times. I didn't go to the Shanghai Museum though, since the queues to get in were so long.

hi , I 'm also from shanghai I use the M42 lenses too.

Zheda is a famous university in China,but i just missed.Shanghai museum is free for visiting, so it is a bit crowded at weekend.
