A few from our recent trip to the national zoo. Playing with the new 55-300. Comments greatly appreciated.

Vaughan, good effort.
Unfortnately #1 is significantly OOF and #2 is way OOF.
Both would have been good shots had focus been spot on.
#3 had challenging lighting, making it hard to bring out the best in the subject.
But good attempt.

Yep, still trying to learn. #1 was manual focus, the other two were auto. I thought #1 looked ok. I knew 2 wasn't quite there. Lighting was challenging for the whole day. Very overcast so I was having to run wide open for the most part on moving subjects.
