@ jezza323, Jer, Ash, dcmsox2004, skinja, and Buschmaster - Thanks everyone, glad you like the shot. I had a five hour drive to helLA ahead of me, and had already blown by some other nice scenes, but I had to stop for this. The road was cutting down throught the fog bank, and I was able to stop right at the transition zone where the world had a gradient from B&W on one side to clear blue saturated on the other side.

Mind if I ask how much PP?
Thanks again
... about the PP... because of the reduction in contrast I got from shooting directly into the sun like that, the shot was rendered very desaturated - almost looks like a B&W, but what struck me about the scene when I was there was the way the blue sky was filtering through on the north side of the transition zone while the south side was going grey from the thicker clouds, so to bring that back to the photo, I added saturation, and adjusted levels and curves (contrast). Nothing was added or removed to the shot, aside from a bit of cropping from the left (hard to nail the composure when you're staring at the sun), and cloning out a bit of sensor contamination (looks like I've got a hair/fiber on my sensor
).
