Cityscape Port Credit - Lighthouse

This is the famous Port Credit Lighthouse - It has been closed off for much of the summer to get a much needed face lift. Taken with K7 and FA50 F1.4.

Looks like an interesting lighthouse.
Unfortunately you've shot with too wide a lens taken from that distance.
A better option would have been to be up close and personal to the lighthouse with the 18mm end of your kit lens. Otherwise, the 55-300 would have done a good job here...

Lighting's a little flat and but you've brought out contrast OK - it's more the framing and composition that's lacking IMO (the frame in the frame doesn't quite work for me).
