Good leading lines.The pics makes want to see what's at the other end of the lane,that's if I can step over those ladders.LOL!!!Well done!

great find, alleyways are always fun to photograph

i know it's not in the critique section, and i hope you don't mind be playing around with your shot, but i edited your shot a little. i don't normally do that here, but figured why not

i flipped it horizontally so the ladders point to the right instead of left, then i basically darkened the bricks on the outside of the alley, then lightened the center where your eyes goes to, and also lightened the ladders so it guides you more into the center inside that window. i think it flows a little smoother that way.

I like the darkening but I'm not sure about the reversal. I'd really like to darken the ladders as they detract from the picture IMHO (at least the aluminum one looks out of place). This was my very first serious attempt at black & white conversion. I'm fairly happy with the outcome, I had a lot of help in PP from my artist wife, she helps me ignore the engineer inside.
