Hi,

Bit nervous about this as I have never posted photos online before were people could critique them.

But any tips and suggestions will be appreciated.

All pictures feature my 15 week old son Lorcan Thomas

Really nice shots! I especially like the first and the last, almost opposite types of shots but you captured both very well. Introspective somewhat soft focus (which really makes the shot) in B&W, and then the last shot, happy! bright colors sharp image. You have a handsome little guy there.

Hello, welcome and concratulations.

I have a daughter, 11 months now. I take a lot of photos like the ones you posted. My photos get better when I get down on my daughters level, instead of getting the donward angle all the time. And the great ones are the ones where you catch the expression on their face. Like you did in the last three.

It has given me some confidence to try different types of shots and post them.

Very cute boy. Amazing eyes. I'm not too far behind you, my son is 6 weeks today. It's amazing the changes that are already visible in just a few weeks. Seems everyday they look different. Great Pictures! Keep them coming, If you're anything like me you've got the camera in hand every minute just waiting for him to do something.
