Osprey in flight

I was hoping he was going to go down and grab a fish but he never found one. Still the best Osprey photos I've taken so I was happy

Very nice Palmor! detail is great and the sky is really nice too. I hope to get something good this fall now that I have the 400mm f5.6L

It is a Canon 7d and the 400L f/5.6.

I'll say - I'd be ecstatic if they were mine ... Great shots! I was gonna pick out a favorite, but I can't.

BTW, regarding an earlier conversation, you would love the 100-400L - it's fantastic! I bet it would be just the thing for dog agility shooting (in decently lit venues at least).
