It's the lighting that makes this shot Eric.
Other elements seem to be a little distracting.
Keep just the statue and you've got a good one.

Yes, who is the subject; the girl or the statue? A narrow DOF would define it or framed and composed so it is clear.

lens of subject let me down that day also.. the focus was not spot on, looks like it's between the statue and the model.. yes.. comp should have been better..
