Small Crab Spider

Small Crab Spider in a bush in my back yard. All taken with K20D and Kiron 105mm Macro. The 4th one down was taken with the Tamron 90mm Di.

Beautiful macro captures.
A little shallow on the DoF but the colours and focusing are right on the money.
There's something special about how the Kiron renders images.

You got some great poses out of that spider, good work.
#3 should be captioned "I'm a dragonfly really" and #4 should be captioned "Call me the Karate Kid".

Crabs in a bush! Reminds me of the educational films we used to have to watch in Phys. Ed. class in High School.

I'm very glad to see it's not one of those 'crabs'.

Seems to me that the tamron has sharper rendation to the spiders hairs on it's back TFS

Amazing litle spider!

Those 4 long legs are crazy! Did it use them to walk or was they always pointing out that way?
