A lizard and a flower

Both shots have beautiful detail and texture, Ash, and I like your choices in processing very much.

How large is the lizard?

I really like the lizard shot Ash, great composition and use of the background. I think it might look really good in B&W as well.

I like the perspective you got on the flower.

The lizard was about 40cm (just over a foot) long, but they can be bigger than that.

#1 is a great pose Ash - that lizard has beautiful textures and color!

The lizard is excellent! I like the colour because it shows off three things: the lizard, the bokeh, and the camouflage properties of lizard. Great interplay. I wonder if that is what other animals see. For example deer are hard to spot unless they are moving because they blend right in.

wow, the B&W rendering of the lizard just pops with texture. that is crazy good!
