Went to Malibu on Saturday to try my new old manual 500mm five star lense.
All the settings were a little messed up but I continued shooting. What I was trying to test was how sharp it is due the limitations. I am happy with it.
I still larning how to use manual lenses.
All handheld.

These are too dark and hard to appreciate the subjects.
Keep at it, don't forget to work on your images on the computer, and embed a few of the photos on the post next time to aid review by others.

I am one who can appreciate trying to get sharp images from a Five Star 500mm. But it is fun to use now and then when you want to bring a subject a little closer.
I agree that most of those are just too dark or not exposed properly for more silhouette.
