Night Leonid Meteor Shower

my roommates and i made a last minute dash to Mt soledad easter cross in La jolla and saw some of the best meteors I have ever seen!

you should still get out there now if you havent. La jolla is incredibly clear right now.

I borrowed a friends 5d. i didnt put much effort into shooting but made away with a few I liked

I was up on my roof terrace this morning just before 5 am hoping to catch a glimpse through the lights that pollute the darkness here in Athens. The stars were bright and I was happy to catch a few as they crossed the sky. I think I may set up a lounge chair tonight around 2am and hope for the best.
