I am currently trying to change my shooting style to add variety to landscapes. I only very recently started to shoot landscapes, and my PP inevitably leads to vivid, sharp landscapes, and I want to mix it up a bit.
Your pictures have the soft look to it, which IMO is exactly what brings in the mood to the scene. Those droopy trees with their prop roots, an old building, the fog, the moss, all this deserves the muted yet colorful look, and that foggy dreary soft look. I want to know how it was done....as some of my scenes can use that type of processing. IMO, this same processing in Vegas or New York would not look right at all.....
If you are shooting jpeg, I would like to know what jpeg settings you have your camera at and the lens used with exif if possible. Thank you.
Thanks...but...I'm just learning so it's hit and miss right now.lol
The settings were shutter...125,aperature...8.0, at ISO 400. I used my 18-55 kit lens and yes I'm shooting jpeg right now till I become more knowledgeable.
Have a Picture Perfect Day,
