Clouded in Mystery

"As most know I have shot this location many times though I find it interesting how the weather can change the location. Here is one I really like. JIM

Hi Jim,
Dont quite share your enthusiasm on this one mate.
It is coming up quite dark on my monitor.
I am going to take a guess here....but I would say there is a lot of mountain behind those clouds...which you know...but to me as a viewer the shot doesn't pick up on that, and neither does it draw me in like some of your other ones which have had great 'depth' to them.

Jim, this would be an interesting one to see in colour, brightened up with some contrast.
Looks like quite an ethereal scene, but a little hard to appreciate due to being a little low on exposure, as mentioned.

Spooky and gloomy - like an old battlefield inhabited by disquieted, restless ghosts. Very nice, bud.

I like it, but I know the area. it doesn't quite make it to the top 10 of your work posted. A color version could prove more interesting.....

Thanks guys. I will post the color version in a few days. I do know it is a little under exposed but the orginal looks a lot better the this version. Cheers JIM
