Both are great pics but I like the second one best because of the background, it seems more natural.

Great compositions, Heinrich. Colors a tad too saturated to my liking, but that depends on what you intend to do with it of course.

Are these artificial flowers? Petals look like they have a textile texture to them ...

Thank you Phil, colors are a bit on the heavy side but that is just my taste.

Artificial? LOL, I don't know. I took these at a friends house in British Columbia late one evening outside on their deck. I just happened to like them and took a couple of shots. After a bit of celebrating they did look pretty good. I must phone them and ask.
