Thanks everyone. Amazingly both the rider and the bike came thru this relatively well. Dustin, the rider, sustained only minor injuries. At first they thought he had broken his collarbone, but it turned out only a corner was chipped. Other than his boots he was properly attired for racing. The bike shed numerous parts but nothing critical was damaged. Both Dustin and the bike were back in business in July at the next race at Summit Point. Oh and he had better boots by that time.
I gave him a couple of 8X10s of the wreck.
Oh and here is the shot just prior that shows the bike beginning to slide out. I think there might have been a half second between this one and the exit shot. Front wheel has already elevated at this point.
The 3rd shot was obscured by a corner worker's station.
