Originally posted by slowpez I can't pick one place Nate as the most memorable. There are a few places we won't go back to for one reason or another but, all in all we had a wonderful time with lots of lovely things to look at. Our main focus for all our trips is on our national parks - they never seem to disappoint. We had snow in ND at Teddy Roosevelt NP, and for this southern girl, that was memorable. The coastline of both Oregon and Washington are so different from what you get in this area that it was really neat to see. Maine has a similar coastline without the dead trees. Antelope Canyon was memorable because it was so hard to obtain a good photo there but I did get one accepted into the PPG from there. It was all good and the best part is, we are so darn old now that we forget where we have been so we can go back and enjoy it all over.
There certainly isn't a shortage of gorgeous locales to visit and explore in this neck of the woods. I need to take better advantage, myself. Sounds like you managed quite well, however, and we look forward to having you back as soon as it all starts to get a bit fuzzy
