Posted By: Timtast1c, 12-17-2009, 09:14 PM

Got my new da 10-17 fisheye and made what should have been a normal visit to the city into an adventurous and spontaneous outing.

some PF...but its such a fun lens to use!

my day fishing around SF begins like this...

Some Crazy Steep Streets...notice stairway replaces sidewalk

Fantastic

Great shots! It would seem that San Francisco was made for fisheyes.

Those are the first fisheye photos that I have seen that make me want to go out and get a fisheye. It looks like great fun!

Thanks for sharing,

Dan

These kinds of shots are what that fisheye was made for - this series will make everyone want one. Great shots.

Great shots indeed! I like the one with the food sellers behind the window best.
Like they are fish themselfs, in a bowl!

Yes, that's my favorite as well. Your insightful description helps to explain why the photo works. The vibrant colors and the wide-eyed expression of the vendor also help. What a great photo!

Yeah, that shot of the window of the food sellers is great. That guy looks like he wants to come out and slice you up for taking his photo. All very good shots, I love the fisheye shots and it really does make me want one.

cool shots, I really like the 14th shot through the wall frame. Do you have a bigger resolution? You lens seem kind of dirty on that one
